Model A Bumpers had three design styles during the production of the car. The first style of bumper featured open-ends and were produced in very limited quantity. The remainder of 1928-1929 featured bumpers that were bolted together at the ends and curved toward the ends. In the style change from 1929-1930, the bumpers were also updated. The bumpers for 1930-1931 were bolted at the ends, but did not feature the curve toward the ends. Bumpers on the Model AA were different from the bumpers on a Model A Ford.
